Often referred to as “the King of Chefs and the Chef of Kings,” Auguste Escoffier revolutionized the culinary world in the late 19th and early 20th centuries. He introduced the brigade system to professional kitchens, elevated French cuisine to an art form, and authored the seminal guide Le Guide Culinaire, which remains a foundational text for chefs across the globe.
